Visited On The 5Th Of December 2021 Already Heard A Lot That The Ship At Lathom Is Good So I Decided To Go When Arriving The Building Itself Was Fantastic Very Traditional. I Ordered Haddock And Chips Only Thing That Was A Problem Was It Took A While It’s Rather They Had A Bad Day Or Maybe A Bit Stressed So I Wont Nitpick Or Drop Stars Because Of It Then It Arrived So The Chips The Chips Were Meh Alright Not The Best Just Needs Some Seasoning The Peas Were Just Like Mushy Peas And The Fish Was Decent Not Much To Say Overall It Was Good But Not The Best Still Enjoyed My Stay Though
Dining at this restaurant was truly remarkable, with exceptional attention to dressings and a perfect balance of flavors. The team was enthusiastic, and it made for a beautiful experience that you shouldn't miss when you're in the area. My partner ordered the chef's burger, while I opted for the barge table selection of whitebait, chicken wings, and mac and cheese. We were both thoroughly impressed!
Very nice pub restaurant. Friendly helpful staff. Location and decor are perfect. Table for 6 including 2 children. All the food we ate was fantastic. Service was excellent, we were informed there may be a delay and received complementary bread and olives. The delay wasn't long at all. Our meals were worth the wait. We will be back to try more of the menu. Thank you for looking after us.
The food and beer are excellent at this restaurant. There are plenty of seating options both indoors and outdoors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The portions are generous and offer great value for money. The fish of the day was fantastic, and the sausages were outstanding. The desserts are truly amazing as well!
We had a table for six, and the dining experience was absolutely top-notch. Everything was made from scratch and packed with flavor. I can definitely recommend it and will be returning for sure. It was our first visit, and we thoroughly enjoyed it!
I would give more stars if I could! although we were sitting outside, we had a very good experience of the staff and that was extraordinary. we had the Steak Pie and the lancashire burger. very recommended to visit.
Beautiful little pub and restaurant. Cosy atmosphere, warm and welcoming staff, dog friendly and gorgeous food!
