Attention Touring Bands! This is the place to be. This venue was incredibly impressive. It had the best sound we experienced throughout our entire two-week tour. Nick, who runs this place, is an absolute gem and a sound expert. His attention to detail in ensuring everything sounds perfect on stage is remarkable! Local bands brought a fantastic vibe, and the audience was enthusiastic, showing their appreciation with loud applause. We had an amazing time here. There are also some excellent house rules that contribute to the welcoming atmosphere, which is always a plus during a tour! You will definitely enjoy your time here! The first night I went to Shrunken Head, there was a Burlesque show. A church on the street caught fire and I knew this place would be my home away from home. I have to meet and know so many bad people. Every time you get it out, do that. Comedy every Monday evening, trivia all Tues Thurs, acoustically open microphone with the amazing Billy Zenn on Wednesday, live music Thurs-Sat, BRUNCH on Sat. The kitchen with food assistant Mike Wilson and Damian Dowling Sr. There is only a solid staff. Bartenders are attentive and friendly, the sound engineer (Nick Magoteaux) is a fucking genius. Five stars and all these words are simply not enough to express how great this is.
Fantastic spot! Heather is amazing, and the blonde comedian on comedy night was really impressive too. As a bartender with over 25 years of experience, I appreciate attentiveness and friendliness, and these gals definitely delivered. They bring a refreshing vibe to the typical college bar atmosphere. Keep up the excellent work! I’ll definitely be returning!

Fantastic spot for live music with outstanding sound quality and balancing. They have a great variety of beers. It would be even better if they offered some bar snacks.
