We visited on Sunday 27th Feb. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I went up to order at the bar and I have to say that it is the stickiest place I've ever visited. The bar was sticky, menus were sticky. I'm not sure what it was but it was on our table menus too. The food was really good. It took a little while so it wasn't really hot. I had Smothered Chicken and my partner had the Rump Steak. My chicken was nice but the peas and chips were cold. We had a bottle of wine we hadn't finished and a really nice boy who had brought us our food allowed us to take it outside to finish it up in the night air. Been here a few times in town in the evening and it never disappoints. Great atmosphere, music, people. Though I would advise if your looking for somewhere more quiter and away from the night life I'd probably go earlier in the day, less busy and loud.
very impressed by the great offered at the lamp and salat. 2 for 1 on cocktails every day. fantastic offers also on the food. very trendy environment. great ambiente about the place in liverpool the next weekend so one will look out there.
Good atmosphere, 2 for 1 cocktails always a bonus, food is okay and service is fast. Perfect place to drink lots for a little price. Not as nice as the other Slug and lettuces in the area but overall a nice place

Fab bar with a great atmosphere, staff are very attentive and friendly. Food and drinks are good value for money and the cocktails are delicious! Georgina especially couldn’t do enough for us. 100% recommend
