We went kinda late on a Thursday night because we came all the way from Riverside County and were greeted and everything explained about what was not Sold out and how to order. Our first time trying Beef Back Ribs, also had Pork spare Ribs and Hot links and the Beef Ribs for me were the Best, no sauce needed even though both BBQ sauce options were yummy!! The sides we had were garlic Mash fabulous Mac Cheese Okay as I like a dryer sharper Mac Baked Beans Good and the Blueberry Corn Bread fantastic we Loved the Meats so much that we will be back earlier to try Other options that were Sold out, but I’m definitely getting the Beef Backs! I am shocked by how delicious everything was here. The location is such a hole in the wall that everything that was served here is worthy of being in a five star restaurant. Every side, every meat, and the blueberry corn muffins was cooked to perfection. I want this place to get more attention but I also want to keep this place as a secret. It's that good. I have yet to try the Chicken, will do when I go next time but Ribs are the top dog, Brisket is Following closely behind, Hot Link is a comfortable third, and the Pulled Pork is still so very good but the meat that had to be on the bottom. We’ve tried to eat here several times and it’s always closed. Finally got to try it out today. I ordered the brisket sandwich with onion rings as my side. My hubby ordered the boneless meat plate. He doesn't eat cole slaw so he subbed for a blueberry corn muffin for an up charge. Everything was delicious! Loved the bread they used on the sandwich. It was huge but I devoured the entire thing. Muffin was a bit dry. It’s just a little joke in the wall. When they run out of meat, they run out. I highly recommend calling ahead before driving over!
Some of the best BBQ ribs and brisket I ever had it right here. They sell out of their baby back ribs every day, so don't wait until the last minute to get food here. They also sell out of their Saint Louis ribs also so I would call first. That is how good this place is. The last few times I have been here They were sold out. I'm a commercial truck driver that travels the whole country, and their ribs hang with the best of them. If you guys want real barbecue this is your place. The food is delicious anything you get is amazing, there is one small problem. it's always packed and towards the end of the day they always run out of most of the ribs options. I went Saturday around 6 pm and they only had a full rack beef back ribs left, also a little pricey but worth it, other than that everything is 5 s. I highly recommend the baby back ribs, their Mac cheese, and mash potatoes.
This is the best bbq in Orange County! As the name insinuates, all of their ribs are amazing! Not to mention the brisket is tender and of great quality. I appreciate the 2 types of bbq sauce that are made in house. They also make their own ranch from scratch! Everything is always fresh and cooked to perfection! I highly recommend this spot if you’re craving bbq.
Been on my radar for a minute the reviews I've read we're all spot on . This might arguably be the best bbq in so cal . Top to bottom delicious, savory , sweet , spicy, smoky , and full of flavor . They sell oit quick and rightfully so as it's one of the best gems in all of o.c.

I had the pulled pork nachos and chili, both were top notch. The chili was spicy excellent flavor. April 7, 2024 This time I had the spare ribs. Highest grade on all of flavor and product quality and preparation.
