This is just the best little coffee shop by miles. The service is always top drawer with many customers on first name terms. The food is quality with lovely door step toast on offer along with fabulous cheese scones and cake to die for. Excellent selection of teas and all of it very reasonably priced. There's a lovely little garden area out back and great place for relaxed meetings.
We ordered decaf cappuccinos and baked potatoes with cheese and onion. The coffee was excellent and the potatoes were delicious, accompanied by a side salad. There were also some delectable cakes displayed on the counter. I highly recommend this cafe for coffee and lunch. The staff was friendly and the cafe was exceptionally clean.
This restaurant is larger than it appears upon entering. The spacious garden has tables and chairs with backs, which is a great touch. The coffee was delicious and the cakes, including gluten-free options, were also enjoyable. The staff was friendly and there is free parking nearby. I will definitely be returning!
This cafe is wonderful and friendly, possibly one of the best in Hailsham. The food is tasty and reasonably priced, and the staff are always welcoming and cheerful. Lovely coffee shop serving great coffees. Have only had tea cakes and sausage sandwiches but both were good. Really clean, with comfy tables and chairs. Staff are very friendly and we have enjoyed both our visits here. Dog friendly too.
Love this place, great homemade cakes and a very warm welcome. They care about their customers. Today we all sang happy birthday to someone. It’s friendly, clean and most of all serves great coffee and food
