The rooms were sufficient, but beds/ mattresses were a bit too soft and too high for my comfort/ I’m a short person. I’ve always enjoyed the many different restaurants there at NewYork NewYork . I arrived almost midnight and went to the retail store to pick up some last minute items that I needed for my stay in Las Vegas. The Clerk there , was Diana and she assisted me and was very pleasant while doing so . We engaged with a conversation that helped me calm down after a long long airplane ride . Diane had patience , I never felt rushed. Her demeanor proved that people like her are assets to the industry.
This was my first stay at this hotel and I was pleased with how nice, friendly, and helpful all the staff were from when we got there to the time we left. The mobile app definitely makes things easy and convenient to check in and out and notifies you when your room is ready. The location was very convenient for our needs and cut down on requiring a taxi. Thank you for a very good experience.
I was in town for business and stayed here. The room felt outdated compared to other places I've stayed on the strip, and there wasn't much variety in the TV channels. When I checked out, I attempted to obtain a copy of the bill but was unable to do so. I've been trying to get a copy for the past three days. Whenever I inquire, I'm told it will be sent via email, but it never arrives.
Had a great time, NYNY is a fun place to hang out and gamble. The bar in the center of the casino plays great music and has a good atmosphere. MGM runs a pretty good reward program and I have stayed at many of their locations NYNY is middle to upper end of the casinos in Vegas. Only problem was not enough sound proofing in the rooms.

Air conditioning in room didn’t work and entire hotel needs an upgrade in ventilation. Coughed the entire time due to second hand smoke. Staff upon checking in was cold and unhelpful giving directions to elevators. Food was good at all places especially at Irish restaurant. Roller coaster was operational, but very infrequently.
I found it difficult to sleep at times due to the nearby rollercoaster. With the show running until 11:00 PM, I had to go to bed early, which made it challenging. Additionally, I wouldn’t recommend calling for room service, as I never left a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign, yet the service was lacking without any apparent reason.
We absolutely love this place! It's so much fun for the kids and the whole family. The children really enjoy the pool, arcade, and roller coasters. While we love all those activities, we also appreciate the fantastic drinks and creative food options available everywhere. We will definitely be back next time!
New York NewYork offers something for everyone. In memory of old New York City neighborhood, It is decor is beautiful and very nostalgic! Eating dish with many choices and rooms and halls decor completely unique.

Staying here for business is not the best pick. I didn't see any restaurants to reserve at for a business dinner. The parking structure was always so busy due to the arena, moving my vehicle was not an option.
