do not write a book on his cover. this remarkably simple looking pub is a center of excellence for pub food and pub atmosphere, with a warm welcome and an amazingly varied menu of well-cooked and well presented food (and excellent beer) the environment is traditional pub, but eating is better than that. I can't recommend this place enough. Please do not miss it if you are in the Framlingham area.
We stayed in Framlingham for 3 days and ended up eating here 3 times. The quality of the food was incredible, beers really good and the prices really resonable. We got there on Sunday at opening time and in 30 minutes the place was really busy. If a pub can attract both locals and visitors, it deserves to do well. And this one obviously does. Cute pub with a great selection of alcohol. We didn’t eat there but the menu looked amazing and the food smelled incredible. They definitely seemed to know what they were doing. Seating inside looked nice, the garden out back was lovely and atmospheric. Price per person: £1–10 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
we came here for a pint on a Tuesday night and loved it so much we drove 45 minutes back to lunch the next day. cozy, warm and welcoming. that was great. they will find the natives who hang here and the bartenders are friendly and to earth. my favourite place on my tour through england!

I had an excellent pint of Earl Soham Victoria Bitter and one of the best sausage rolls I 've ever tasted for just £8. It was well worth the visit.
