I am disappointed to leave a negative review. The ambiance of this restaurant is excellent. However, the customer service, aside from our waiter, was lacking. Despite having made a reservation three months in advance and receiving two confirmation calls, including one during a snowstorm the day before, we arrived to find the restaurant closed with no explanation. After giving them another chance and ordering a Caesar salad to go, I waited for an hour outside as they promised to call when it was ready. When I finally followed up, the same rude hostess from before claimed they had called me when they hadn't and said the salad had been ready the whole time. It was frustrating and disappointing....
Who would have thought that the best restaurant in the area would be tucked in the back of a casino in Ferndale? Not this guy!This place is absolutely top notch. The quality of the food is excellent from the fresh baked bread w/infused variations of butter to the Caesar salad made in front of you, to every cut of meat being perfect, every detail is managed meticulously.They even have a Maitre-De who periodically comes to ensure the experience is to your liking.I can’t say enough good things about this place. This restaurant is amazing for steak lovers! Even though I don't eat steak or meat, I tried the stuffed shrimp and it was fantastic. The service was outstanding, our server was attentive and helpful. I was surprised to find my favorite wine on the menu. This place easily surpasses El Gaucho and Daniel's Broiler. Seriously, you could spend $500 at El Gaucho, but this restaurant is superior. Thank you. Note: Vegetarian options include seafood.
We come here often but since new management, the portion sizes and the drink selections have gone downhill. the steak was still very good. They no longer bring the crab dip, crackers and carrots out and the bread is a cheaper version. Minor suggestion regarding the lighting and sound volume in the main dining room the bright leds with a high lumens' count, needs to be dimmable/adjustable the volume of the music, albeit lovely, needed to be controlled based on the volume level of your patrons. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Excellent!!! The service was outstanding, the pricing was great, and they even offer table side flambe. The dry aged beef was incredibly tender and cannot be replicated at home. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
Our favorite restaurant.Staff very personal and accommodating.Food is amazing.Only place I know that has linens still on table.Quiet, slow paced, on purpose. Dietary restrictions: They will accommodate if they can.
If you’re looking for a fine dining experience in Whatcom County, this is the place to go!! I ordered the Tomahawk Steak and Mud Pie and it was amazing! The service is sensational. 5/5 stars Highly Recommend!! ? ?

Had a great dinner with friends. Mark was our server, mixed the best Caesar Salad, made good wine selections that paired with our main courses of chicken, prime rib and filet mignon. Mudpie for dessert is tasty!
