I recently attempted to make a reservation at this restaurant because of their incredible dishes. Unfortunately, my online reservation was rejected and after several unsuccessful attempts to reach someone by phone, I left a message with my name and number requesting a table. I later discovered that the restaurant was closed for the week. Despite 10 days passing, when I called to check if they were open, I was informed that they had been closed due to staffing issues. I was told that without a reservation, I would not be able to dine there that night. I tried the strawberry and goat cheese salad, porterhouse steak, and Swedish potatoes at this restaurant. The salad was exceptional, one of the best I have ever had. However, the porterhouse steak was disappointingly tough and not very enjoyable. I felt that for the price, I should have returned it. The Swedish potatoes were also undercooked. Overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant. The waiter was very professional and the food was delicious. However, I deducted one star because the dessert options were not very impressive. The parking situation could be improved as well, as we had trouble finding the restaurant due to poor signage. Despite these small issues, I would still recommend this place for a nice dinner.
Fantastic evening with amazing food. John was our server, he goes above and beyond for his guests. I really wanted a wedge salad as my appetizer but they didn't have it on the menu. Went to the Steakhouse for the first time last night with my hubby. From the moment we sat down, our server, John, made our experience absolutely amazing! The Caesar salad he made at our table was delicious and the steaks we ordered were high quality and cooked to perfection. We loved everything about it! We will for sure be back! Service: Dine in
Ritz Carlton prices with Applebee's service. This used to be one of my favorite places for a nice meal. Now it is pretty sad. Food tastes good, but the service is definitely not fine dining anymore. Shrinkflation has surely hit. The carpoccio is about one or two bites for 11 dollars. Most wines on their list are out of stock. Overall disappointed.
