My wife has asthma, and on a day where it was affecting her breathing more than others she chose to sit on one of the bench’s outside the restaurant for a 2 minute break on our walk back to our hotel. Someone came out and asked us if we had a booking which we didn’t and very rudely snapped you can’t sit there this is private property! He didn’t give us a chance to explain why we had stopped or that we were just about to move off again anyway! Not a good advert for the restaurant! Update: someone from the restaurant replied to my review saying I was basically lying because the member of staff who came out to us had a different story. Well of course he would! Not good for someone in a customer...
I absolutely loved this place .. fabulous setting a lovely atmosphere and the food was delicious .. my only feedback is my husband had the plaice dish off the specials board, which came with potatoes , which he said was absolutely amazing, but it was missing some veg .. maybe seasonal veg or broccoli and carrot apart from that the place is amazing and was well worth the wait to book in (approx 8 weeks) the service was fantastic too and I would recommend a visit if you're stopping in the surrounding area of saundersfoot .. I have the monkfish stew, and it was absolutely perfect I honestly can't fault mine at all .. I can't wait for our next visit Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Advising restaurant prior to gluten and milk required free of charge. Upon arrival they had marked what my son could eat safely, which was easier than asking many questions. At a glance, there were many GF options on the main menu Adults and selected some dishes that could be customized to GF. I asked the waitress if she could be careful with CC, she came back to me by telling me that he would take a special care. They seemed very sticky and the food was nice with excellent service. Nice place for fresh fish!

An outstanding seafood restaurant. We made a mistake with the time of our booking and were late. The waitress was very accommodating. The frost was fantastic and the mussels were the best we have had in years. First class.
