A must-visit for Evanston's dining scene! If you're not enjoying a meal at Supreme, what are you even doing?! Their horchata is fantastic, and I've tried a variety of dishes from the menu during my visits, and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend the torta con chorizo if you can handle a little heat. Just a heads up about parking: it’s a shared lot in a strip mall setting, and it can get quite crowded since there are only about 10-15 spaces available.
The food was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Orders were processed quickly, so there's no need to call ahead. The beef tongue and shrimp tacos were enjoyable, while the carne asada was a bit chewy. The chorizo was average, and the chicken had a flavor reminiscent of a whole roasted chicken from the grocery store. I found that one king burrito along with two or three tacos is the perfect amount of food.
This restaurant is typical of a small, unassuming place. The service is lacking, the food quality is mediocre, and there are rude customers and employees. However, the taste is decent, at least for a brief time.

Wonderful food, with a short wait time. The staff work efficiently and are usually very friendly. Vegetarian options: The Vegi burrito is probably the best I've had.
This is the top Mexican restaurant in Evanston! It was difficult to find a good Mexican restaurant in Chicago after La moved, but this place is worth it.
