We wanted to walk around and then get a dinner on this nice day. We read the reviews and decided to try this place. I have. Even here before for music and drinks. We decided to try the fried deviled eggs. Nothing special, but ok. My husband and I both ordered burgers. Hawaiian for my husband and a build my own with white cheddar and fried egg. They came with only burger and bun. No lettuce or tomatoes and the server didn't ask if we wanted any. Most places at least give you lettuce and tomatoes! To top it off the burgers were so over seasoned. It was way over priced. We were very disappointed. I will say their onion rings were very good.
My sister and her son came for a visit and we decided to try your restaurant. I live in Tavares, and that was the worst service I have ever had. We waited to get our drinks and then ordered appetizers and it took forever to get them. So we ordered our meal kept waiting while others were getting served. Then the waitress came over and said somehow the order ticket got lost. Ask we wanted to reorder after being there 2hrs. We decided not to order and left.
I had my baby shower here today! It was very last minute due to the rain and having to rush to find somewhere to accommodate the party. Ms. Tammy reached out to me on Facebook and helped me lock in a reservation. Never been here before today and the food was pocket friendly and well worth the price!!! Our server for the party was amazing and she was on top of everything : .We will definitely be back for more delicious food!
Service was slow, but I gave them a pass because we overwhelmed them. 20+ people with no notice. But they remained upbeat, friendly and accommodating. Food was great! And the atmosphere (incredibly laid back, with a touch of beachy) and a great band to boot! Made for a very fun end to our weekend trip.

Miranda is amazing! She is a true asset to The Dog House. We are always greeted with a smile, and she is consistently so friendly. By the time we arrive, our table is ready, along with our drinks and pizza stand. Thank you, Miranda!!!
We had a wonderful time having lunch at your restaurant! The service was friendly and efficient, the food was delicious, and we appreciated that it’s a dog-friendly establishment. It’s a win-win for us, and we will definitely return!
Bree was an exceptional waitress for us, even with some difficult patrons around. We truly appreciated her!
We would probably not go back. To much of a bar atmosphere for us. The food was pretty bland.
