We used to come here quite regularly it got taken over by new management approximately 12 ish months ago and we found the food was no where near as good as it used to be, to be honest it was pretty bad so stopped going . Recently we decided to give it another try because we had a small window of time and it's close by and we were pleasantly surprised the food quality had increased dramatically had eggs Benedict which was amazing Parking: Was very busy so parking was very tight Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free parking lot, Free street parking
Honestly this is the cafe you’d want to run if you opened your own. Friendly service in utterly charming and cosy surroundings. Modified menu items for fussy children didn’t raise any eyebrows, food arrived in ten minutes. I walked out with three jars of jam. We only wished me lived nearer! Bravo to the whole team at the Tack Room.
really nice place with interesting craft workshops and a beautiful gift shop full of local products. the staff is friendly and helpful. has a great Wee-Café and I had a super breakfast at the outside tables in the sunny, protected courtyard. also saw cakes and sandwiches coming, which looked delicious. well worth a visit.
a pretty little hidden inside courtyard, worth a visit. several very gifted craftsmen, a business that sells all kinds of interesting craftsmen, and a beautiful tea shop. the tea shop is open only for the last part of the week to time, but it is still worth immersing to browse in the small shops. we love it there!
Atmosphere: The atmosphere at this restaurant was amazing. The decor was beautiful and gave off a cozy and welcoming vibe. The music was just right and added to the overall ambiance of the dining experience. We had a great time and will definitely be back again.
first everyone was so friendly. craftsmen, craftsmen and tea room staff. we saw clever people who make beautiful things, we bought melt, felt and cake and found unusual gifts for coming family birthdays. jules in the gift shop was so helpful. we'll be back.
great place for fine refreshments. must recommend the wood helix artist. his products are amazing. so is the artist who has some amazing pictures in his studio.

A little gem of a place, love the Tack Room for a great breakfast and crafts and arts on show are fabulous.
