It was our first time dining there, and our experience was just okay. Two of us ordered steak and lobster, but the lobster was quite underwhelming. One plate was worse than the other, and we were surprised when only one replacement was offered. The server even brought a portion of the second lobster back on a plate to show the chefs, but it wasn’t replaced. One of the steaks was ordered medium-rare, but it came out medium, while mine was ordered medium and was closer to medium-well. When we informed the waitress, she seemed grateful but didn’t offer to have anything remade. Given that we spent $600, we expected a perfect meal or at least some resolution. The 2 fillet mignon’s we ordered were not cooked properly. Mine was med well and I ordered med. my guest ordered med well and got well done. We sent the well done back and after about 20 more, It came back well done again! This is a steakhouse. For the prices, the kitchen should know how to prepare a steak. The server and manager were very apologetic, but it ruined the experience. We won’t be going back.
I went for a solo birthday dinner for the first time. The ambience was beautiful, the service was excellent, I’d definitely recommend but only if you’re willing to spend some money. Seeing as I was by myself the service didn’t feel rush at all which is what I was worried about. The food was excellent especially the bread lol.

Tenderloin room is a great restaurant. The night we were there the air conditioning wasn’t working so it was uncomfortable And hot. Food was great, our server was a little off maybe because of the heat.
We had a wonderful evening with our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. Everyone was pleased with their choices. We have been going to the Tenderloin Room for many years and always love it!

The steaks were a little too rare for my liking, but the sides and drinks were excellent. The staff and atmosphere were enjoyable as well.
