On Sunday, we decided to order takeout since the restaurant wasn't serving their usual roast dinners due to ongoing construction. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience. Our order was placed and delivered within an hour, arriving piping hot and delicious. The gravy was provided in separate containers, which was a nice touch. Both my husband and daughter were really happy and satisfied with their meals. We ordered two beef roast dinners and one roast chicken, and we would definitely order from here again!
The café has a lovely ambiance and friendly staff. The breakfast and milkshakes are fantastic, but unfortunately, we ordered the chips alongside the beans and eggs. While the beans and eggs were enjoyable, the chips were a letdown. They seemed homemade but were undercooked and very pale, making them the worst chips I’ve ever tasted. We still managed to finish them since we were hungry, but they really need to invest in better quality chips.
