The Terrace Hartsfield Manor

Hartsfield Manor is stunning. We were fortunate enough to have our wedding here in July. We stayed the night before and the night of our wedding and lots of our friends and family did too. The rooms were well facilitated and the beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was lovely. We had a fan in the room which was great as the nights were warm. The upstairs bedrooms with a view of the grounds and beyond are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and everybody that stayed there was extremely happy. Bethany helped so much with our wedding and everybody complimented the food and service that all the staff provided. Thank you so much. We will look forward to coming back to stay...

Lovely venue and amazing dinner food good choice at breakfast and wonderful views and rooms. All the staff were very attentive and kind. Unfortunately one lady working at the bar let it down, wasn't very polite. At the end of the night whilst we were waiting for a drink she closed the shutters without saying anything or letting us know about last orders also she shut the bar earlier than we believed it was going to be shut. We had our big day this summer 2023 in Hartsfiled Manor. It was fabulous. The service is great. All the preparation was very organized by Helen Dobrak. She is very friendly and helpful. All the staffs are great. The food and drink were very delicious. Bedrooms are nice, clean, and spacious. We had a perfect wedding, can't thank Helen more. Thank you Hartsfield Manor staffs. Highly recommend it. Rooms: 5

Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. We went for a wedding stayed for 2 nights. Service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. Food was really good. Rooms: Nice rooms, lovely view over the back gardens and surrey hills from our room. Food drinks: Food was excellent. Really good choice for breakfast. Wonderful wedding venue and lovely views. Very attentive and kind staff. The rooms are great too. Sadly there was a lady working the evening/day we visited and she was very rude she wouldn't even ask what we wanted to drink she would stare and and gesture. She really let the place down as everyone was in high spirits. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 3

Went for afternoon tea. James on reception was lovely, friendly and welcoming. Mark who served our afternoon tea was also very professional and helpful. The gardens are stunning. Fantastic night with my husband for the Murder Mystery evening. Food was lovely, entertainment fab and the Dj was great at the end of the evening. The restaurant wasn’t open though we had booked the restaurant, staff were fairly rude regarding this and the service wasn’t great, food was good
