If I could give this place 0 stars I would.My sister booked a table for 5 people at 18:00 through Instagram for my Nephews birthday. And we arrived at 17:58. On the day of the booking at 15:00 my sister got a text and email confirming her booking is going ahead. But when we arrived we were told by the bouncer that all bookings had been “cancelled.” Even though their was a poster on the door saying “only taking bookings of 6 etc” On top of that the establishment never sent this as written confirmation. And they had two sets of people who had a booking of 2 and 3. And they were told “it was fine.” So which one is it? Are all bookings cancelled or just ours?? Then the staff were making up all k...
I've visited this restaurant several times, and I must say it keeps getting better. The service is excellent as always, the food remains delicious, and the quality of the shisha has improved from good to outstanding. Overall, there's a refreshing new vibe here. While this isn't typically the kind of place I would choose, I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic, featuring a strong North Indian flavor. The atmosphere caters to a younger, trendier crowd but is still quite inviting, and the service was exceptional. We experienced a slight issue with our shisha, but the attentive staff quickly addressed the problem. I had a wonderful time and am already looking forward to my next visit...
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would! Avoid it at all costs. I made a reservation a couple of weeks ago for my birthday, but when I arrived, I was told that all bookings had been canceled without any prior notification to me. They informed us that we might not even get a table and made us wait outside for 45 minutes. The same thing happened to another group of girls who also had birthday reservations. The security staff at the entrance is incredibly rude and selectively enforces rules. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY—go somewhere else. By the way, the venue is not as spacious as the photos suggest!
I wish I could give this place a zero-star rating. We went there hoping for a nice evening, and spending £46 on two shishas was already a bit of a stretch for us, but we were willing to accept it since we enjoy this place. However, we were completely unprepared for being insulted by the door staff and security. There was absolutely no reason for their aggressive behavior towards us. Their online booking system is unreliable. We reserved a table for a Saturday evening, received a confirmation and a reminder on the day, but when we arrived, the bouncer and manager informed us that the restaurant was fully booked and that they wouldn't honor our reservation, despite having a live booking system on their website. The management was rather dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
We were warmly welcomed and shown to our seats, where we ordered some shisha and a few bottles of water. After about five minutes, we were abruptly informed that there was a £20 minimum spend per person. There was no prior notice about this policy, and it felt like they were trying to take advantage of a busy evening. My friends are regulars here, but this experience really put a damper on what had been a lovely night until that point.
Amazing experience staff are always helpful and cheerful always ask how things are the flavours are amazing I would highly recommend it to anyone going there or planning a shisha evening the decoration are amazing and the music is really enjoyable
