I spent my birthday here with a few girls with the intention of having a lovely Sunday brunch at a place we’ve never been before. The Tower Bar was not well staffed nor was our server well trained to tend to a handful of pretty girls in that area. None of us are really high maintenance. We were seated in a dim dark “overflow” room, in which most of the time no one else was seated. The Tower Bar used to be reliably great. Now just reliably fine. The service was good and unobtrusive but attentive. The ambience is still the same classic Hollywood. The food is really ordinary and not always great; the kitchen messed up two of our four orders, but the maitre 'd took care of us. Wish it were as good as before, but nothing seems to be
One of the best bars in Hollywood. Drinks are excellent and dessert is top notch. Food is solid but expensive. What's up with the wine by the glass, it's way way more than cocktails, should be under $20 like most of the other great bars/restaurants in the area.
The meal was rushed. Waiter took my drink before I had finished and asked if I wanted another. Main course arrived as soon as the starters were finished and the bill came while we on desert. It was like they couldn’t wait to get us out.

Lady at front desk was very welcoming. Loved her sweater. Waiter was very helpful. I loved the lobster tacos. Cobb salad needed a bit of romaine and/or iceberg to give it more crunch.
I like this place. It’s pretty, it’s got a great vibe. The people who work there are very kind and accommodating despite the Hollywood vibe.
Hostess desk was very rude . But once we were finally seated, the waiter was very nice
Sub par food and sub par service. Was looking forward to it but was pretty blah.
