The Trocadero - Tisch reservieren

Historic 1930s art deco cinema recently given new life with a major refurbishment, screening classic films and sporting events upstairs. The lower floors contain popular bars and eatery. The cinema is one of the last remaining 1930s screens operating in Northern Ireland. A spacious auditorium with comfortable modern seating, and several heritage rows of vintage seats (which I tend to frequent, as they're closer to the screen). It's a real hidden gem, and it's worth signing up to their social media channels to be kept up to speed with events.

The venue is warm and cosy. The seating is well laid out. The seats themselves could be a bit bigger, but going to watch older films it takes me back to how a cinema should be. I'm not lying in something that resembles a single bed, lol. It is the only licensed cinema in Northern Ireland. I think.

A couple of pints and a movie. Great way to spend a Saturday Evening.

Lovely pub. Plenty of space and reasonably priced drinks.
