Recently visited for the third time. Great breakfast and brunch with options for every taste. Love the convenience to the beach. Good service and fresh healthy juices to choose from. Will be my go to spot at Pier One.

Definitely way over priced, this is more of a dine-in place. They also got my order wrong 3 times already so won't be ordering pick up from here again. Food is decent though.
this place is amazing! the 4.5 rating does not reflect how good the food is! their cinnamon roll pancake is the best pancake I've ever had! really excellent.

Panini was ok, the Zucchini made the texture weird. They give you a sprinkle of chips if you choose the chips and salsa so beware of that.
Loved their menu choices; Hearty portions of salad 1/2 sandwich combo. Both were delicious still had leftovers to take home.
