I drove 30 mins from south Saint Paul and would do it again in a heartbeat for the homemade freshly battered onion rings omg they are to die for! The staff is great and the waitresses are phenomenal! Such a very awesome experience every time I absolutely love this place! Five stars five stars five stars hand down!!! S/O to the cook you have an amazing talent with the way you make the onion rings and I am referring this place to all of my friends! Lee up the good work!!!
I want to like this place due to its proximity to my house but I usually have a terrible time. The food was fine, took too long to come out. Our server was super nice when we finally got her attention but overall we waited too long for everything. I will still be coming back I'm sure since we live in a food desert but I just need to manage my expectations.
Amazing! As someone born and raised in Buffalo, NY, I consider myself an expert on chicken wings. I have eaten at the Anchor Bar where they originated, and I must say, The Unofficial has the best wings in the Twin Cities! They are big, juicy, and tender. The white chicken chili and black bean burgers are also delicious. I highly recommend this place.
Good atmosphere. Nice waiting staff. Great burger. The only down side is the place is a little dirty. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I had to reassure my self about eating there so i looked in the kitchen. It was clean. The front window where we sat had food crumbs, garbage, spider webs and a screw.... Always good service. Great happy hour. Miss some of the old appetizers like the egg rolls but the mushrooms are fabulous and should be on menu, not just during happy hour. Great menu. Burgers are always good and great selections. Fries could be a bit crispier. Our favorite go to place to hang with friends. Fabulous brunch Nice patio too.
Stopped in after work, was recommended the mother Clucker chicken sandwich, wow!! It was amazing, great flavor and loaded with flavour. Service was good, server was knowledgeable about some of the beers. Good prices, will stop back again soon!
Owner is disgusting and a poor excuse for a human. The way he treats his employees is Despicable. Stay as far away as possible from this place once it “reopens” Also I have eaten here and the food at best is ok.
Had to check it out!! Not disappointed!! Simple bar with great food. Got the peanut butter burger and Dive burger with french fries and Onion Rings. Tastiest burgers I've had in awhile. Will be back for more Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I do not recommend patronizing restaurants that terminate their entire staff without any prior notice. This is reflective of irresponsible ownership.
