The definition of mom and pop shop! The Upper Crust is a small no frills shop with great food! I visited this location twice for lunch, and both times, it did not disappoint! On my first day, I was hot sweaty and didn't want to make decisions! Luckily, Kerry, the owner, suggested an excellent combo of a French Dip Sandwich with Albondigas soup! This place is tiny. Literally 1 and a half tables inside. But it's a gold mine. The owner is the best. My daughter wants to make sure I tell everyone that her veggie sandwich, add turkey, was on point. She says she knew it was going to be a great sandwich as soon as she tasted the pickle. Even the day after her avocado and lettuce were still fresh! My turkey sandwich was also delish. Definitely going again.

The soups and sandwiches here are absolutely incredible. They taste fantastic and are made from whole ingredients. Honestly, it's the best pastrami I've ever had. I can’t wait to come back!
Anytime I'm in downtown I'm always craving a sandwich from here. I love the pastrami on sourdough. One of my favorite sandwich spots. Highly recommend coming here.
