Came to order two coffees on a hot Saturday, and the service provided by the staff was 10/10. They gave us a place to sit outside and finish our sandwiches (bought from a different store) and offered us some cool water even though we only ordered takeaway coffees. We did not expect to be looked after so well and were blown away by how friendly and attentive the staff were. Also, the coffees were delicious. Have already recommended this cafe to friends, and will definitely be coming back when we’re in the area. Thanks guys! :D
The staff here are friendly and attentive and the atmosphere of the place makes you feel like you're in a hip cafe in Newtown or Surry Hills. I love the open kitchen and the natural light. I come to The Usual Cafe every few weeks and whilst the menu changes are regular, the consistency of the food never changes it's always delicious. I love trying their new creations (and eating the classics).
Every time someone else 's food came out, we all stared and went 'ohhhh I should have ordered that! ' Everything looked and smelled amazing gonna have to go back about 6 more times to try everything. Incredibly good prices for what you get. Great tea blends. Highly recommend the Chili Baked Eggs!
Excellent service, was greeted by all the staff upon entry and exit .. doppio on the Ethiopian was nice and sweet with good acidity ..table water was given without having to ask .. and mineral water with the coffee is always a nice touch

Used this place as a study space. Free wifi was great. Customer service was good, the food was good, the vibes are spot on. They took feedback and thanked me for it. The usual has become my usual ty guys

Amazing food, atmosphere and staff! Couldn't fault this hidden gem in Cabramatta. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the dishes on the menu!
