We made a reservation and we were glad we did because the restaurant was busy. However, we quickly noticed that they were understaffed. We would highly recommend that they inform walk-in customers if they are at full capacity and unable to provide adequate service. There were three staff members working, including a young man named Matthew who was very polite and cheerful. The other two staff members, including the manager, could improve their customer service skills. One of the servers seemed unfriendly and I felt like I was bothering her when I needed her attention. Came for Sunday roast which was lovely, the potatoes and beef were cooked perfectly. Massive thank you to Lucy and Alise who served me and to Leah and Courtney in the kitchen. The quality of the food, especially the roasts has really improved and still great value.

The full English breakfast is definitely worth it! The weekly dinner specials are unbelievable for the price and the desserts are good too!
