Every Friday night for the BOGOF burgers! They taste absolutely amazing, you wouldn’t get any better anywhere else. You can not go wrong with a burger from The Welby on Friday night. Sharon is always welcoming, friendly and kind. Always has a smile on her face, if we ever have an issue she will always resolve it quickly. The waiting time is minimal, 15 minutes at maximum. Each and every staff member, especially Sharon always has a smile on her face. It’s a pleasure coming to The Welby on a Friday night.
The staff at this restaurant provide exceptional service to ensure that you have a great dining experience. Today, we visited for my son's birthday with 5 of his friends, and even though there were 8 of us in total, the food came out quickly, just like on previous visits. The bar and waiting staff, including Nic, Issac, and Lillie, were all fantastic and very welcoming. They even brought out the birthday cake. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
Every time I visit Welby as a wheelchair user, the staff always make sure there is enough space for me to move around comfortably without inconveniencing anyone. When Nicola or Josh are working, they always make an extra effort to ensure my visit is enjoyable. They are considerate in bringing my drinks to me knowing I have difficulty with that. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff and customers are very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

This restaurant is a fantastic place to watch football with friends. The Guinness served here is possibly the best in the city. Nicola and her team were excellent hosts!
Lovely meal, great service from Sharon who was really welcoming and attentive. The pub was very busy but we were served quickly and our food was really nice.
