a traditional English pub in the small village trowse newton, a short drive south of norwich. it has a seat outside the front, although it is worth noting that it is close to the road that is not a main road but can be occupied. there is also a beautiful beer garden with TV screens for sporting events on the back, and plants sold in parking on the back, which has about 15 places. during a recent visit the employees were beautiful and the service and the eating were both excellent. meals are in average £9-10 with vegetarian and vegan options. the plowers and zeasarsalat were fresh and generous portions and the vegan panang curry delicious!
We came here for a late 'ish Sunday lunch. We 'd never been here. We were welcomed and shown to our table by a very polite young man and our waiter was a similarly 16 year old young lady who has a lovely smile and looked after us wonderfully. We had 2 x nut roasts, one lamb roast and one pork roast. All were very nicely cooked. The only criticism was that the roast potatoes weren 't very roasted We 'll be back. excellent families lead locally, with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. for the trinker, the horse has a good choice of cask beers and a huge collection of different gins as well as a good selection of whiskys (tree wool, Irish and jank) leave the tin cup alone, which is mine. a good selection of meals is available at a fair price offer. you're not starving! where are you waiting for? they climb the white horse (but let the tin cups thas my valuable).
The service at this restaurant is top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff always ready to assist. The atmosphere is also fantastic, with a cozy and inviting ambiance that makes for a perfect dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for their great service and wonderful atmosphere.

good home cooked eating at a reasonable price and large portions. I had lasagne with a sublimate who was excellent. lively place that is always a good sign
