Just stopped in The Wild Roaster. Although closed for the July 4th festivities, I was still offered a cup of Java that they were getting ready to bring to Deerfield’s Celebration. The owner also gave me a treat. A soft and chewy nut bar. An off the beaten path but well worth finding. Why only four stars? I’m reserving the fifth for a couple more visits. They also do on site pastries. Located at the Metra Station, so convenient for the commute.
I stopped by while visiting Chicago for a bag of coffee and a cup. While the cup there was good, what REALLY impressed me was the bag I took home. I got this bag of Summer Daize and it 's seriously amazing. Perfect taste of chocolate notes behind a great flavor. I 'm a newbie coffee drinker but say this is one of the best beans I 've had. If you 're in the area, take a bag of this home.
The customer service at this place is the worst. The lady who runs it is rude and downright mean. I was expecting her to shout get off my lawn. The coffee is decent, but it 's really hard to get to. I try to support the little guy, but I am done giving her my business.
The caramel macchiato coffee here is excellent, and the scones are fantastic! My wife and I have visited this place twice during our vacation. The owner was wonderful and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit. I highly recommend stopping by! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I visited a cozy little mom-and-pop café where they serve freshly roasted coffee, and it was delightful! The scones were amazing. The owner quickly ran out of the scones, but I saw her making a fresh batch right there. I absolutely love these little shops!
What a great find! The coffee here is delicious, and the egg sandwiches are so good! Eggs are perfectly fluffy and the croissants are so buttery!
kay not only roasts her own coffee beans, but will make them an amazingly healthy sandwich. here they want to support small beautiful shops.
