Evening, though I was appreciative that you were able to push my reservation back, I was very disappointed when my son came home to say the service was so poor. I have dined with you many times and would never have recommended he bring his girlfriend. I do understand it was probably a busy night and besides no alcohol, I am sure they didn't order a lot, I do hope that was not the cause for the inadequate service he received. I am choosing not to publicly review, however I do hope you address
We went for a birthday dinner/drinks. The whole restaurant is lounge couches, low stools and small tables. Not at all what we expected, but it was easy to move around and enjoy the view. The service was excellent and very attentive. The flatbreads were ok but the burgers were tasty. There were a variety of drink options except no ginger beer. I would go again in the spring/fall as to utilize the outdoor seating. It was more of a bar scene not a sit down dinner.
The view from the restaurant is fantastic and the service was excellent. We decided to move from our table to the bar since it was a bit quieter there. The table next to us was quite loud as everyone at it was engrossed in their phones, which made it distracting to enjoy our meal. I didn't want to feel like I was watching a sitcom while eating. However, it was no problem to relocate, and the staff was wonderful throughout our experience.
I celebrated my 21st birthday here, and I absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was perfect, and both my chai-tini and espresso martini were amazing. The place was clean, the atmosphere was fantastic, and overall, I had a wonderful time. I can't wait to come back! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I have been to the Willard several times and already have plans to return. The atmosphere is great! I love the views of downtown Raleigh. Always an enjoyable experience!
Great place to eat love the decor love the rooftop view hope to have party there soon would go back again hope to see them soon.
We expected a nicer ambiance with at least table cloths. Very limited menu b/c of holidays. Noisy so conversation difficult.
