Curious if my order had been sitting there for a while, I asked him about it. He responded, “12 o’clock, right?” However, it wasn’t yet noon, and I didn’t want to pay top dollar for food that had potentially been left out for too long. I left the restaurant without being thanked for my business, despite spending quite a bit on chicken. The name on my receipt read Christopher, and I hold the owner responsible for this appalling customer service. It’s disheartening that nowadays, employees need to be taught and trained to greet customers and say “thank you.” During this season, it's customary for people to say “Merry Christmas” or “Happy New Year,” but Christopher was practically mute.
