The staff were warm and friendly and service was pretty good. The menu provides plenty of variety but we both had the seafood linguine. The Woolpack version of this popular dish included chorizo and chilli which made for an unusually enjoyable and spicy main course. Looses 0.5 of a point because the tiled floor makes for a noisy environment.
we enjoyed our meal very much. my daughter, and I had the king prawns, and my sister had the lammkoftas. after that followed fishcakes and a plant burger! everything was absolutely delicious and was perfectly enjoyed with a part of sticky toffee pudding from my daughter! beautiful evening and fabulous service thank you!
The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. I’d asked for a table by the window and that’s where we were sat, so that was good. The drinks and starter came quickly but we had to wait quite a long while for our main course. The food was fine but not amazing, perfectly good for the price. I would go again.

really warm and welcoming atmosphere, the restaurant itself was tastefully decorated. large selection of cocktails was eating divine. the waitress was very polite and very helpful when trying to find a good cocktail. overall great experience will definitely visit again
The restaurant looked really lovely and we'll ventilated. The staff were amazing as always. Service was quick and the food was just amazing. My kids enjoyed theirs and we too. The food was fresh, very tasty and varied. We will definitely go back again.
Visited after just reopening following refurbishment. Looks really nice inside and the outdoor areas look much better. Was really busy, but worth the wait. First time I've had a Sunday roast there and it didn't disappoint.
The restuarant was very well laid out very clean and hand sanitiser everywhere The staff were very attentive nothing seemed to much trouble The food was great hot with lots of lovely flavours we will be back

it was a very good experience in the wollpack. the personal was friendly and there was a nice atmosphere. we will definitely be re-booking. also on the menu there was a good selection.
