two times this month at the yacht, once in the night before the crossing to scilly and then when we went back the Saturday night. last stay was not planned, but after a longer burning crash at the arrival back to penzance we urgently needed to stay somewhere and dry out. once again the yacht was there for us. we had the same large cozy room (with a view) and as after the previous stay, the food was delicious, shower/bath was in front of location and the hospitality and welcome were error-free. we're coming back. thanks! p.s the free wine with the food is ideal!
My only critique is that the condiments are not brought out with the food. Guests have to wait a minute or two while the staff fetch a little pot of everything that was requested. Additionally, the mushrooms can be hit or miss—sometimes they're great, other times they're dry. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely return to stay here again. The breakfast in the morning is also excellent! The price is reasonable, making the stay well worth it.
many thanks to brand and the whole staff to make our family wedding so a great experience. nothing was too much annoyed, an excellent buffet with lots of food available. excellent evening buffet also. the rooms are beautiful with some with a magnificent sea view over mounts bay, comfortable room, beautiful and clean and bright. the cornish breakie is a real tasty bite and also freshly cooked from ordering. we would highly recommend the yacht inn.
We had a wonderful overnight stay. Although there were a few issues with the room, the upcoming renovations will take care of them. Lara was an excellent hostess and really knew her beers, which was a nice touch. We will definitely make this a regular stop for us! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Best place to have a local beer without any dramas!!! Staff are excellent and polite!!!! none of this the tourist is better than a local because they pay your wages!!!! In the long run once the tourists go home it is us locals that pay your wages!!!!
Great staff, food, drink and an awesome beer garden … It is in an amazing location and in an iconic building... What is not to love about it?
Lovely atmosphere warm and friendly . Beautiful in the summer in the beer garden . Had Sunday lunch very tasty.
