a good place for a lunch when visiting the rheinfalls, the cataracts of the rheinfalls river in schauffhausen in the switzerland, with a great cuisine this restaurant is located in a wide historic square, with well-preserved mansions that boast beautiful interesting details, a quiet place from where you can visit various historical places like the munot fortress.
After a good entry pie, we ordered a meat and a fish in main dishes. The meat was good, but the fish was almost immangeable because it felt simply bad. We reported it after almost not hitting the plate (happyly the rice was good.) we regret that it was not presented to us nor an excuse nor a trade gesture, it is unacceptable.
in the evening, the theater schaffhausen took place and had dinner in the connected theatre restaurant before. as an appetizer we had the kaffhauser weinsuppe, as the main course the burger and the hackbraten ( the hackbraten was very delicious.) the service was friendly and fast. the ambiente was easy and cozy. we had eaten a 3-course menu at lunchtime. everything was very fine and had a very good taste. the service was extremely competent and very friendly. this restaurant can be recommended at any time.
