What about this splendid evening! each dish was an explosion of flavors. A grand festival. Everything is perfect. Butter made under our eyes. egg in the egg. The back of the fawn. pleasant setting, but the menu of the day at 59€ did not deserve 1 star in the michelin guide. organic wine that accompanied the meal was too acidic. Very disappointed.
