The food at Thonglor is incredibly delicious. However, I would love to see more vegetarian and vegan options, as many dishes contain fish sauce and are pre-made. Given that most Thai restaurants offer a wider range of choices, this was a bit disappointing. If it weren't for the limited vegetarian offerings, I would have given it a solid 5. Thonglor, situated at the corner of Oak Square in Brighton, is a chic Thai restaurant that exceeds expectations. The service is prompt and friendly, and the decor is delightful. The food is fantastic; we enjoyed the fish cakes, tofu with green curry, and stir-fried catfish, all of which were excellent.
