This was my first and last time going here. I walked in and there was no podium with menus at the door or person to greet you. I walk to the bar and the guy is writing on receipts. I stood there for 5 to 10 minutes while he talked to a woman at the bar and wrote without even saying I'll be with you in a second or anything. I asked another person walking past him behind the bar could I see a menu and was told I have to wait for a woman he pointed at also behind the bar. I stood for 2 more minutes and walked out because I refuse to find out if this was a racist ack that may lead to spit in my food, or horrible preparation. I was also on my lunch break and don't know how long the food would tak...
Today's experience was absolutely outrageous - RACISM! I was at an annual car show and the owner of the restaurant racially profiled a Hispanic painter who was participating in the show and spending money at the facility. The owner called the police with false accusations. Why single out someone who was not causing any trouble at the show, did not win any prizes, and decide to profile them just because they are Hispanic (possibly Puerto Rican)? I can only give 1 star, the lowest rating. This is a bad business practice and a warning for everyone to avoid this place. Do not waste your time or money here!
The food was excellent, reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was fantastic! Our bartender/server was outstanding. Brian attended to every table and every person at the bar without making anyone wait. He was in a great mood the entire time. While short staffing is not ideal, Brian handled serving 10+ people at the bar and at least 5 tables effortlessly. This is no easy feat, as those in the industry know. Thank you, Brian, for making our first visit enjoyable! We will definitely be returning. Give this man a raise and tip generously when you visit!
We decided to visit this restaurant because our United flight was delayed and we were accommodated at the nearby Courtyard by Marriott. The food was delicious, the bartender Brian was very friendly, and although the other customers were a bit loud, it was expected as it was 10:00 p.m and there was a football game on. Nice place, the staff was friendly. Plenty of choices on the menu. There's a pool table in one of the rooms, a few slot machines. The only thing I didn't care for was the smell of cigarette smoke in the room with the pool table, being tracked intothe room by smokers who go outside to smoke and track the smell back inside
What a huge place!!! I introduced a friend of mine to it, he had never been here. I was here, and stopped for breakfast back in maybe 1982 many times. Do not, I repeat do not forget to stop by here. Great 5 page menu, breakfast served all day, and one veryfriendly bartender!!!!
The restaurant has a typical bar atmosphere and serves average bar food, but the prices are very good. The staff is friendly and we have been here multiple times. The nachos are particularly impressive!
