all those people who leave 1 star (or low star reviews) have either extremely high expectations or just have to be out to harm the call of a gem of a sandwich shop. I stopped yesterday, was late for lunch to my surprise and joy that they were still open, was a waiting queue to eat, so I might have been happy that they thought they would do 1 more order. I had the cheese-cutney sandwich couldn't resist the Scotch egg with black pudding. the Scotch egg was phenomenal, black pudding mixed with the sausage meat, a soft egg yolk practically still runny, which I really did not expect to add only to the already large aromene, the egg comes with a small pot homemade brown sauce (ketchup is an option...
the place was full and dizzy when we arrived today, so we knew it had something. my wife ordered a pulled pork sandwich and I had a swarm in bed sheets (or david camerons ex’s, as I call them).) we also ordered two brownies. my wife loved the sandwich, but she said it needed a plate and cutlery to eat properly due to the generousness of the fill half that was still in the bag after the sandwich had gone! she also said that a half-sized sandwich would be an option as this gargantuan was in portion size. it could do 2 people without simply skipping. the pork in the bedside is a modest snack in the size, but the taste is from the skala. this is the new scale to judge other castors. the only way...
amazing sandwiches and snacks. as they have not won top food prizes that I don't know, I'm sure they will be in the future. they must try the special sandwich menu elements. I got a black pudding scotch egg to try while I wait for my sandwiches to be made and had to buy again and buy 2 more so I could have them later this day. the quality of the ingredients radiates, as well as the knowledge of the cook, the taste is perfectly balanced nothing outdoes anything else. only a great place, they will not be disappointed. the special sandwiches are the best I ever tasted. like the black pudding scotch egg, omg
On a recommendation, visited today, Tuesday to try the famous KFCeasar sandwich. Went for a seeded roll with sriracha Mayo. The chicken was cooked fresh to order while I waited listening to some serious tunes. What was presented was a joy. You can see what I mean below. Starting at one end, the roll is just the right level of bite to maintain structural integrity without require the jaw muscles of a crocodile. The chicken is succulent and tender, the coating crisp and flavourful. The sriracha provides the right kick and the salad is just sufficient. Altogether a mighty sandwich, worthy of its reputation. After seeing this place on Rate my Takeaway on You Tube and reading the many great reviews I was expecting amazing things. Maybe choosing from the cold sandwiches menu was a mistake, one ham salad and one ploughmans. Served on rather tasteless, dry granary rolls they were really well filled and under a fiver. So why an average score? They just didn't have a lot of flavour despite the generous filling, maybe too much? Don't know why but I am sure the hot sandwiches would be better as they sound so tasty .
I was looking for somewhere selling Salad boxes for lunch. I read the reviews for this this little place and chose tuna Sweetcorn. My daughter had a salted caramel brownie. Both items were excellent. Everything was fresh and tasty. I can't wait to try the KFCeaser sandwich next time. HOW did I not know about place!?!
hang down the best sandwich shop I've ever been in Britain, I'm not sure I want to tell them how good the lamb belly fingers are, for the case that they are sold out and I miss them, but young they are amazing, kfceaser sandwich and the onion bhaji scotch ei are amazing, a must go

Usually they come here for the kfchicken sandwich, but recently got the veggie salad with grilled chicken up. absolutely fantastic and generous amount of cilantro (coriander) which gives it a diverse taste profile. highly recommended.
