This food truck is one of the best you can find in the state. They incorporate lots of different cuisines and fuse it with comfort food staples in exciting ways, usually made with ingredients that they grew in their own garden. They have a few regular spots where you can find them, but you should definitely check their schedule on their website to be sure you’re heading to the right spot. Was at the Country Ski Show and on my way out I stopped at the food truck. 1st customer. Ordered the 'Happy Thanks-chicken ' .. it is.. OUT OF THIS WORLD! .. and I have sandwiches dreaming to be this good often! Instant fan? Wishing you continued success ... And another sandwich ??????
