**Ambience:** The restaurant is quite small, and I was the only customer when I arrived. It doesn’t seem like a place where many people dine in.
**Menu:** The menu is simple, which I appreciate—just a few popular meat options for various dishes. However, they have a fantastic selection of desserts displayed in the window!
**Drinks:** They offered two types of agua frescas, but I opted to be healthy and go for dessert instead.

I recently visited this restaurant for breakfast, and I was truly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the Chicken sausage, egg whites, grits, and Texas toast from the Breakfast Plate. I returned the next day and tried the breakfast sandwich along with a hot chocolate. While the sandwich was fantastic, I was disappointed to find that my hot chocolate was cold! I took a sip of it as soon as I got into my car. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry, so I just microwaved it when I got home. I won’t be ordering hot chocolate again, but overall, the food is still worth a 5-star rating!
Tia Rosie's is so good! The aguas frescas are not from powder and are super fresh ingredients. We had the breastfed burritos and added beans. Probably the best breakfast burritos we have had since moving to Atlanta from Texas. The pancakes were also very good. This place is affordable and way better than other places! Definitely try out! The food was excellent, with great prices, and the restaurant was very clean—truly underrated. The service was also fantastic. I will definitely return here more often. I tried the asada tacos and the breakfast burrito, both of which were delicious. It's always nice to support a small business like this. I will be recommending it to my friends.

The food is absolutely delicious, but unfortunately, the service from the cashier and waitress leaves much to be desired. It was a disappointing experience.
