I came here Saturday night at 8:10. No reservation, no waiting, very clean restaurant. Our server, Denae, was amazing. She got me! The manager, Mike, was very friendly and came to our table and asked us how things were. Obviously they were great! We had an appetizer of Fried Pickles Slices and our drinks on our table within 10 minutes down. Then we had our food about 15 minutes later. I ordered 2 Brandy Milk Punches, very nice, 1 bottle of Heineken beer, and a fish seafood basket with frits. Needless to say, it hit the spot. My friend had a strawberry lemonade with Craw-JambGumb. Tibby's is consistently one of my favorite spots. The staff is friendly, the service is prompt, and the place is always clean. It's one of the most authentic New Orleans-style kitchens I've ever experienced. For appetizers, we usually opt for the fried pickle slices, which never fail to impress. The cocktails are also generously mixed. However, the true star of the menu is the chicken and waffles—this dish is possibly my favorite from any restaurant. It features a fried chicken breast with cheese and bacon, all nestled between Belgian waffles dusted with powdered sugar, accompanied by a delicious brandy sauce and French fries. I highly, highly recommend this dish!
This is my 4th time coming and we truly enjoy brunch time. I love the atmosphere during brunch hours because of the entertainment. We the saxophonist was present and that’s my 3rd hearing him. The food was very good. My daughter’s complaint was just not enough rice for her shrimp creole, over the chicken and waffles was great. The Po Boy catfish sandwich was good too. Only thing I suggest would maybe add a little more powdered sugar on the sweet potato fries because it was lacking a bit of sweetness. But we will return so I’m not worried on being able to try additional things.
This restaurant blew me away. The decor and atmosphere of the seating area are stunning, making you feel like you're in a mesmerizing world of art. As for the food, I hardly know where to begin. The grits were outstanding—I've never had grits that tasted so amazing. Every bite was bursting with flavor. The chicken and waffles were equally delicious, perfectly balancing sweet and savory in just the right way. If you're ever in town, I highly recommend stopping by this place.

I saw this place about a year ago on an IG and wow. In over 3 years this is the hands down the best TBA restaurant we tried. Better than Uleule, better than Columbia. The interior is fantastic, the service was excellent, the speed was excellent, and the food was amazing. So much taste. Even happy hour on weekends, and the hurricanes were on point. If you think of a place, try 100 here.
This is one of the best restaurants in the area of Tampa. The food is so good or better than the food in New Orleans. I had the sampler plate, Killer! Bread pudding was OMG good. They had also played a 2 person band, which was very good, Zydeco. Service was excellent .oh the hurricanes were very good and on Happy Hour! Six buckles!
Tibby's was the finest Cajun restaurant I have been to. The food is ample and ultra flavorful (not too much heat-wise). I could only eat one half sandwich (took the other half home for dinner). The ambiance is fascinating. I highly recommend Tibby's in Brandon!
The Cajun shrimp pasta was delicious and a little spicy. Honey Crystal Shrimp was nice with a little crunch to it and the blue cheese was a nice touch. Omg the beignets are amazing! Came from Georgia to indulge and it was well worth it.

Food is fabulous! Our server, Trisha, was so friendly and attentive. Love this place. I am a born and raised New Orleanian and can say the food is authentically New Orleans quisine! Will be back often.
As always, our experience at Tinny was outstanding! It is one of our favorite places to go.
