I was there with my work colleagues during the lunch time because we had a seminar in Wintherthur at ZAG . The place is very cute , clean ans the service guy European) is Herz friendly yet shy. We ordered mix Momo plates and I be honest the meat one is ok but others like cheese and veggie are not tasty, they are very dry inside and very salty . The Momo sauces especially the Chilli one don’t have any taste . It’s like water and Chilli powder mixed together. Ps. since the owner answered my 2 star rating without comments , here I am writing a depth review of our experience during our Visit. Atmosphere: 4.5 Cleanness: 5 Service guy :5 Food especially Momos Meat : 3.5 Cheese 1 Veggies : 2.5
Just ate beef&cheese momos here, and it is sooo delicious!! Beef is intense&filling and brings one up into snowy mountains with its extra strenght. Cheese is indulgent and super yummy. Spicy and joghurt sauces are unforgettable. Place is neat and clean and feels authentic Tibetian atmosphere, warm and special inside lights makes it between cosy&luxurious. Aroma from cooking is quite present, got us super hungry. We had some drinks from the bar, it has quite a style and acquisitions. Coffee tables outside surrounded by the plants give some privacy from the street.
Meine Frau und ich kamen zum Mittagessen hierher und waren wirklich beeindruckt. Es ist ein kleines Restaurant und die Speisekarte ist einfach, aber das Essen war wirklich authentisch zubereitet und präsentiert und war frisch und lecker. Ein sehr familiengeführtes Restaurant, in dem wir uns fast wie zu Hause fühlten. Der Service war sehr freundlich und die Preise waren gut. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
The 9 mixed Momos were good, homemade, and a good quantity for lunch. Only, there was a strong disturbing smell of oil in the interior space, and it stays on the clothes the whole day. Something must be repaired in the ventilation system. The dumplings should could in my opinion by default always come with a salad. Prices are ok. I really expected better given the so many good reviews here…
Leider spricht der Service kein Deutsch, das sollte eigentlich im Zentrum von Winti der Fall sein. Die neuen Preise sind leider nicht kundenfreundlich; der Salat kostet plötzlich extra. Früher war das immer inklusive. Die Momos sind immer noch gut. Und die Belüftung ist immer noch schlecht. Bewertung von 2 früheren Gästen, die wahrscheinlich nicht mehr wiederkommen werden.
Der Service war nicht gut. Konnte kein Wort Deutsch sprechen. Es war ein Stück Metall in einem der Momos. Der Frühlingsrollen-Vorspeise war die schlimmste Frühlingsrolle, die ich je gegessen hatte. Das war mein erster und letzter Besuch. Meiner Meinung nach nicht zu empfehlen. Schade.
Sehr freundlicher Familienbetrieb. Wir essen immer Momo. Sie bieten Fleisch und vegetarische Momos an. Alles handgefertigt! Gehen Sie einfach dorthin und genießen Sie es.
Food was amazing, ordered fried shrimps in a potato string and mix of momas, beer and cheese, loved the beef ones. Gotta bite it and drink the juice! Soo gooood!!
Bestes Essen!!! Toller Service und sehr gute Preise. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir gehen jetzt immer hierher, wenn wir in Winterthur sind.
