we have here on the evening of Wednesday, May 31st, to our first visit, and only at night in saint nazaire. many thanks for tripadvisor and other diners recommended as we had no idea where we eat! we had no better eating. or a culinary experience. the owner/host was very friendly, informatiw and completely translated the wonderful menu, as our o’level french could not stretch so far. eating was excellent as the wein chateau d' orson, cotes du rhone our host has even directed us to the weinberg in gorges, but unfortunately we had no time to visit this time. but we will be on our next trip from jersey. many thanks to tic toque and to our wonderful host.
Après avoir vu les avis sur TripAdvisor, je me suis dirigé vers ce restaurant ouvert ce midi entre 12h et 14 h. Arrivée à 13h20, on m'invita à choisir le plat du jour ou une grande salade et surtout de choisir vite !Mauvaise pioche !! Étant en vacances, il est hors de question pour moi de manger avec un lance pierre et de m'imposer des plats dont je n'ai pas envie !! Quand on affiche des horaires d'ouverture, on est sensé les respecter et de plus proposer Au clients les plats affichés !!Décevant !!Heureusement rue de la république, il y avait le bistro gourmand et j'ai été ravie d'y être accueillie !!
1, food light and simple, but well presented and delicious. I wish I had time to try more about the chef's menu. after other reviews, I wouldn't be disappointed. 2, price is right so they don't feel bad. 3, it's open...Monday this could mean Anglo saxons nothing until they get to France, but. 4, the manager is top. he will not present himself until they ask for information, but I guess he is one of the best botanicals of saint nazaire. he knows all the best places to visit. enjoy a beautiful meal to go right and let them know a little more. first, the previous comments about the owner of this restaurant are 100% correct. he is friendly, welcoming and treats them as if they are a friend. the restaurant itself is really nicely furnished. he has some very good wee, the menu has enough variety where...most people find something they like, and although the menu is only available in French, he does his best for them to translate. we had both fish (two different species) and it was excellent. this is a good choice in saint nazaire and we can recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

J'ai dîné dans ce restaurant mi mars 2017, j'y suis entré un peu par hasard et j'en ai été très content. Tout est fait maison (y compris le petit rocher coco avec le café), c'est vraiment bon. Un terrine excellent (et abondante), du poisson très frais avec du riz parfumé de façon originale, le tout pour un prix très raisonnable. Accueil aimable
Plats cuisinées maisons, la qualité et le goût sont au rendez-vous. La carte s'adapte selon les saisons. Et le service est agréable et efficace. La décoration est top, petit plus pour la terrasse où il fait bon manger.

Excellent petit resto comme on aimerait en voir plus souvent. Accueil très sympa.Des plats simples mais très bien préparés. A refaire les yeux fermés.
Très bon restaurant avec des plats classiques mais très bons. Le saumon flakty est à goûter. Service très sympathique.
