I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. My drinks were left on the counter without anyone calling out names, and after waiting 20 minutes, I found out that someone else had taken them, despite my presence the entire time. To make matters worse, my pastries were also taken without any verification. I didn’t expect to have to monitor the counter like a hawk. When I finally inquired about my order, the staff member at the counter seemed clueless and couldn't locate it. I requested a refund and received no apology, just a receipt and a "thank you." This location really needs to improve its organization and leadership.
Terra Mia is a cute spot with a cozy vibe that's perfect for chilling out or hanging with friends. The decor is charming and cute. They have a great selection of delicious and unique drinks that are definitely worth trying. Whether you're after a classic coffee or something a bit different and definitely delicious, Terra Mia has got you covered with some amazing flavors. Also, the staff seemed nice and helpful. A must-visit!
The place is super clean, excellent customer service, and the employees are very quick in preparing orders. Also the taste of Tierra Mia's drinks is better than that of that other place that starts with the S and with this hot season you are craving some rich and delicious MANGONEADAS.??? I ordered a medium salted caramel frappe, and it was incredibly delicious! The balance of the salt flavor complemented the sweetness perfectly, making it a delightful treat.
