This location is closest to me, but I will continue to go to the Montebello one. I just feel like the past two times I’ve gone the customer service hasn’t been great at all. The cashier was very nice, but I was waiting extremely long for my drink. I got one of the most simple drinks on the menu : Other customers got their large, blended drinks before me which was strange. Multiple employees were just standing around speaking to each other and talking poorly about customers and it took the cashier to nicely ask them if my order was coming in order for it to be made. I appreciate her helping me and she was very kind but everyone else took away from that experience for me. I didn’t do anything...
Slow af.Customers are clueless as well. How are you going to a public setting and not know what you’re ordering.Employees are doing their work but they can do way better at handling a busy lobby and drive thru. If customers don’t know what to order have them step aside. Take another customer’s order. Once you’re done with that order. Then, ask if the previous customer is ready to take their order.Honest, the service at this location is absurd. I literally waited 30 minutes in total from the moment I stepped in to the moment I left. Way too long for 2 drinks.Not planning to come to this location again.
Pastries and coffee options are so unique and delicious 5/5. The drive thru though is bat and really wish that it would invest in fixing. Even though there are only a few cars waiting for it to be a 30-minute ordeal at peak times. It's fast at the top. Another reason why the drive thru should be fixed because cars start stacking. The Mocha Mexicana or the not caffeine hot chocolate are cooking kisses. Uses abuelitas chocolate. The tres leches muffins are sooo moist. I will come, but not as often as long as it takes and the inconvenience.
This place is SLOW AS HELL. 6-8+ employees, so needless to say, they definitely weren’t understaffed but my goodness. Literally took me 20 mins to get my drink! 20 mins. Don’t expect to see a smile here, there is no welcome upon entering their establishment and I don’t even remember getting a thank you after my purchase. Absolutely no decorum whatsoever here!!!
This place is great. The appearance was good. Not messy. It has a drive thru which is a plus. In addition, it has a large seating area for just a coffee shop. They do have pastries but I wish they had some breakfast options. I recommend the tres leches muffin and the mint lemonade, it was refreshing!Food: 4/5
Coffe honestly tasted like gasoline station coffe. Everyone made a big deal out of the coffe shop. It was okay. They have good deserts. The restroom wasn't that clean. They had long Drive-through lines.Food: 4/5
When I'm in this area I make sure to stop off here!! The Horchata Frapp is one of my favorites! This place is awesome! Once you try it, you're gonna be hooked.?Food: 5/5
The Cafe Americano taste great.....but, it took them an hour to pour it for me. .... hence, a generous 3 stars ...
