This place has really gone downhill in recent years, where all major employees and managers are no longer there. It was really bad the other day. It seemed the only person to work was the gentlemen behind the counter that our commands. There was no one there customer-by-order around 1130 on Thursday, no one (see picture- my fist is in the picture, he had to go to get a refill while the employees have plagued each other) with the exception of the staff screaming and chatting in the back and the larger black employee who screamed to the people in the kitchen, from where we ate, then only at a table for the entire duration we were there. Terrible eating experience around the people who work there are beautiful. The chicken has absolutely no taste. I couldn't even finish my chipotle? Chicken Burrito because I literally shut off from taste. Maybe if I tried to finish the chips because I'm hungry, but they're stale stale. Terrible experience
