I used drive through and it took more than 15 mins to get a small coffee. I was rushing because I had to get to an appointment but I got delayed by 10 mins because of this service. I ordered small coffee and the person didn?t listen I guess, there was medium coffee on the screen. So I corrected and asked for small coffee. When I went to the payment window, he didn?t read out how much amount it was but he just charged. When I got two coffees i said I didn?t order two. It took a few mins for him to understand what I ordered. Then he said he is going to refund my money and scanned the card. I am checking now to realized he charged me the right amount plus he didn?t refund the wrong amount he ch...
I just waited for 20 minutes for my order in the road. This place is always very slow, but that was ridiculous! When I came to the window, there was not even a confirmation or apology for the delay. When I asked for contact information for a manager, they couldn't deliver anything. There is a serious problem with her staff. Either under servants or badly trained, but in any case you are better off going to another place to get your order. Customer service standards cannot maintain demand. Either better staff and train your staff or close the drive thru lame, as you are not able to operate it efficiently.
My mom and I went here a few weeks and ordered THREE small ice caps and timbits. We went up to the window and got our order but they gave us only 1 ice cap and my mom said that we ordered 3. Of course they got us 2 more and we left. The second time today we have went here and ordered 3 ice caps with whipped cream this time. Again they have given us only 1 ice cap and we had to tell them we ordered 3. They took a very long time to get us 2 more and a lot of people were behind beeping at us for the long wait. We had finally got out of there and left. My mom does not want to come back
It seems as though none of the staff were here to work the cash register and take customer orders. One lady just sauntered around and did not offer to help. I waited more than 5 minutes to have someone assist me at the front and there was no one in front of me. The other staff looked completely miserable. Apparently there is no manager on site past 1pm according to a staff member when asked to speak with a manager. Will avoid this location going forward.
