Went to use my Tims app and coupon. it didn't work so I just paid full price for it no big deal but then I got the sandwiches English muffins were not even toasted and stale. This was at the Oakville headquarters store. You would think that I would have been provided much better service and food quality. It's time to pay your employees more so therefore they can produce quality service.
This is undoubtedly the worst Tim Hortons in all of Ontario, even worse than the one on Victoria Avenue in Niagara Falls, which I jokingly refer to as the "meth resort." I wouldn't even consider leaving a tip here, ever! The morning service is terrible—it’s truly the worst I've experienced. I can't say anything positive about this location. If you can, just steer clear!
This venue is amazing for meetings, socializing, and studying! It's impeccably clean and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff is both professional and friendly. The quality of the food is exceptional as well. I highly recommend it! Plus, there are plenty of parking spots available!
Went to get a chili for lunch the line up was so long. When I finally get my order it's not even full I asked and got charged for cheese and got no cheese this is horrible service oh and no butter or cutlery. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
FANTASTIC LOCATION OF TIM HORTONS!!! I HAD LARGE CARAMEL ICED LATTE WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND A PLAIN CROISSANT!!! I LOVED THEM!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OF TIM HORTONS!!
This morning I ordered 2 Eggs and Cheese Muffins, I don’t know if it was intentional or by accident one of my Sandwich had Beef along with egg.
The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and the staff is both friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and enjoyable.
