45837 Yale Rd Chilliwack BC I was just at Tim's, and was going to order my son the sausage farmer's wrap $6.99 meal. After unsuccessfully being able to make out what the female working the drive thru was saying, a male staff took over take my order. My guess is he heard that I was repeatedly saying pardon me to the female. I ordered the above, and asked if a coffee comes with it (since it's called a meal..and top of the board lists coffees in it's Meals He said no, it's not a meal. When entering the restaurant it was busy. So I decided to use the washroom. Unfortunately there was no soap in the dispenser. On looking around the seating area I found no hand sanitizer. While in line I used the roll the rim feature. Apparently I won a coffee. When I tied to redeem my prize by preseteanting the QR code it did not work and the cashier was unable to explain how I was to claim my winning item. I had ordered a tea.. and a toasted bagel. Walking away from the store I took a sip of what I was expecting was tea. It was coffee. I returned to ask that I exchange the coffee for tea. Constantly out of menu items. Chili? Nope. Boston Creme donut? NOPE. Vanilla dip donut? NOPE. And its only 1pm in the afternoon, they're supposed to be open for another 9 HOURS! Leadership is 100% lacking if you can't even keep inventory of some of your most popular items. This wasn't a one visit issue either, its now been 3 separate visits over the last couple months. The only good point was the staff was very professional, certainly not the front line staffs faults for all this leadership/ownership incompetence.
I placed and paid for a mobile order for pickup at this restaurant. When I arrived, the place was locked with a sign on the door stating they were closed. I knocked on the door and was able to retrieve my order through the drive-thru. It was frustrating that they closed the lobby but did not disable mobile ordering for pickup. Additionally, I never received my Roll Up the Rim prize with my order. Overall, my experience at Tim Hortons was extremely disappointing.
Many Tim Hortons locations are slow, whether they are dealing with new staff or need to improve their efficiency in order to reduce wait times. Other fast food restaurants usually have shorter wait times compared to Tim Hortons. However, I still enjoy the food and drinks at Tim Hortons, particularly the new eggs that taste homemade.
4 cars waiting in the drive thru for over 15 mins without moving. No idea what was going on, but 3 cars found a way out of the line to leave, which allowed us to do the same. What has happened to Timmys? Used to be such a good franchise. They never get orders right and drive thrus have become a nightmare.
we like to go to tim hortons for our coffee and donut hole for a little snack. we go to tim hortons where they were all. so it doesn't play any role in which city they are located, they will find one or more, just ask someone, and they can tell them where the next is.
I enjoyed my dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and served quickly. It was quite hot, so I had to wait for it to cool down a bit. The ambiance was also lovely. While the prices could be more affordable, they were not too high.
Staff very rude and if they have what you want they still screw up your order. Would not recommend this location. Twice on a truck run treated bad almost as if they do not understand English.
