So I decided to go to this Tim Hortons at about 4 o’clock in the morning to get a medium coffee and a plain bagel. First of all. I waited about six minutes on a bagel. I am the only person in the line. No customers are behind me, nor in front of me there are two people inside the store, I get my coffee which is perfectly fine and then I get my bagel with globs of butter and a glob of cream cheese included with strands of hair. You can just imagine how disgusted I was when I decided to bite my Bago and there is hair. this is not the first bad experience with this Tim Hortons. This will be the last time I ever in my life visit this Tim Hortons very unsanitary experiences here careless workers...
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor service. My coffee was prepared incorrectly multiple times, with old cream ruining the taste. After complaining on September 20th at 9:50 am, a staff member assured me that I could return and mention my name from the book to get a replacement. However, when I went back to get my coffee replaced, I was informed that there was no book and that they wouldn’t replace it unless the same person was there. This whole situation was quite frustrating. The owner really dropped the ball by making false promises. Well, I've heard a lot of good things about breakfast here. I've never been. So why not try it out. The sausage was flavorless on the muffin sandwich. The muffin was soft. But sausage could have been missing, and I wouldn't have noticed a difference. However, they were generous with the cream chesse on the bagel. Which was also soft and tasty. My favorite was the strawberry chessecake muffin. That was the highlight. The staff in the drive thru acted as if we were a nuisance and basically rushed our order and tossed things out the window at us. No hello, no smile, just annoyed at our presents. I won't go out of my way to go back. But I might swing by for a muffin if I happen to pass.
Lobby is rarely open and on the weekend I like to stop in and grab timbits and coffee for the guys that work with me at Range USA. Not a fan of going through the drive-thru and for the past few weeks that seems to be my only option. It's not just this location it has occurred but this is the location I frequent. I'm definitely willing to change my rating because the staff has been nothing but wholesome and welcoming the times that I've been able to gain access to the lobby. DO NOT GIVE THIS POORLY MANAGED LOCATION YOUR MONEY!!!! Read on, This Tim Horton prior to Covid was the best around! With lots of great food and nice workers, they were open 24/7 Since Covid closure this place is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! The workers are RUDE! And most importantly THEY DONT HAVE DONUTS AT 8AM!?!?!? HOWWW??? I’ve tried several times thinking maybe I went at a day or time but nope! Always low or out of food they should have!! Always a wait even if just you in line, what a disappointment!!!!
I visited the drive-through on 420 at 9:45 AM, and I was disappointed with the service. The young lady who took my order was quite rude and seemed very impatient. When I asked for a Coke, she replied that they only had Diet Coke. I then requested a Sprite, and she snapped back that they only had Diet Coke, with a noticeable attitude. It's frustrating that some individuals don't seem to appreciate their jobs. They should realize that without customers, they wouldn't have a job at all.
The coffee is good, but this Tim Horton's location closed at 3 pm yesterday afternoon. I wasn't able to order anything because as soon as I drove up to make an order, I was informed by the person working the drive-through that they were closing for the day. They seem to close early at different times on different days when they don't have enough help. This is not the first time I've experienced this.
I ordered a mix sausage and egg sandwich on biscuit And when I got my order it was English muffins Went back to the counter And told them, This Woman tells me that I ordered it. The guy at the drive-thru was slow and slow to greet me. I'm not sure what happened to customer service!!! Which also reflects on to management not properly training their employees! The coffee was barely lukewarm, but I had no time to go back!
