I, like another reviewer, was frustrated that the drive-throughs were given priority over customers inside the coffee shop. I was annoyed when my server was chatting with someone else while taking my order, and I was told that the drive-thru takes precedence. I don't use drive-thrus, so if you don't value my business, don't advertise a café for customers to sit in. I hope this is only an issue at TH in Capreol, as the staff in Thessalon were great the day before.
I love the Capreol Timmies. The staff are always friendly, and I can count on 1 finger where my order was wrong, and was fixed immediately. I often get a happy face drawn on my cup because they are the sweetest. I recommend this location for your next Timmies fix.
This is a five star Tim's all the way. They most often get the order right, are fast and courteous, and always have some love at the window for the pups.
