Told us our order would be ready in 7 minutes as it was in the oven. We waited in the front until the employee told us to sit down and wait. 30 minutes later, still waiting, we get up to ask them what's going on. Turns out she dropped our order on the counter and just left it there without telling us anything. How are we supposed to know that was our order? Are we supposed to dig into bags on the counter to find our order? Horrible customer service...
I had the worst experience at this location! They can't seem to take orders correctly. I ordered a dozen donuts, including 3 maple glazed and 2 maple Boston donuts, but when I arrived at work, they weren't even in my box! Instead, I received 20 Timbits that I didn't order. If I could, I wouldn't even give them one star! It also took the lady at least 7 minutes to take my order.
I always place a mobile order in advance and when I get there I still end up waiting forever. People are passing through the cash before me and i have to go see them so they check their mobile orders. Happens everytime

The service at this Tim horton is 0/10. They are always in a rush and don’t take the time to take your order properly. Always doing mistakes. This place should close.
I haven't encountered a Tim Hortons that was this efficient in quite a while, and my order was perfect—no mistakes at all!
I used to always have problems when placing mobile orders but they have really improved their service and I am happy.
