I almost never go to Tim Hortons. The reason why? The service has been downhill for me over the years at various locations in Toronto. You order a meal that is supposed to be served at a standard serving temperature. I was a cook working in a kitchen serving hundreds of people at events and private functions. If my hash brown is cold, I’ll let you know and expect it to be reheated. So I did, and this location still served me my hash brown practically cold. No apologies or investigation. Disrespectful service. People should not buy from Tim Hortons if you are not getting quality service. You’re keeping poor service in business.
I’m furious! The staff here clearly can’t do their jobs! Order for delivery should be checked more than any other!!! I received English muffins instead of biscuits, no 3 cheese French trist, no chocolate glazed donuts… had I come in and ordered and noticed this you’d have had to change it!!! Not only have I not been able to get a justifiable amount of money back from Uber, but I’m out what I had ordered! Not ok! I’ll pick another location next time!!
I was really looking forward to visiting Canadian Timmies, but I was quite disappointed with this location. The restroom was in poor condition, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the soap dispenser was detached from the sink. Additionally, the food selection was quite limited.

The service is quite slow, and they allow unwanted individuals to sleep at the tables. Additionally, there are instances of people being harassed for food or spare change.
disrespectful staff today at 5.15 pm, doesn’t listen the order properly and didnt deliver me the order properly.
